All advisory opinions, valuations, sourcing recommendations, and market comparisons are provided in good faith based on professional expertise and prevailing industry information at the time of assessment.
Jewellery markets and gemstone values are subject to international fluctuations. Advisory services do not constitute guarantees of resale value, investment performance, or future market outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.
10. Product Sourcing & Private Sales
Jewellery sourced through Almasa Haya Jewellery is curated through international suppliers and distinguished maisons upon client request.
Availability, pricing, and delivery timelines may vary depending on sourcing conditions, supplier requirements, manufacturing timelines, or regulatory processes.
Custom or specially sourced items may require deposits or advance commitments where applicable.
11. Insurance Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for their jewellery collections unless separate insurance advisory arrangements have been formally agreed.
While reasonable care and security measures are exercised, Almasa Haya Jewellery shall not be liable for losses arising from events beyond reasonable control including force majeure circumstances or third-party courier incidents.
12. Import, Export & Logistics Coordination

Clients agree to provide accurate ownership and valuation documentation when required by regulatory authorities.
